Matthew Sheasby
President
Matthew Sheasby is President of Micro Medics, Inc., where he oversees the strategic
growth, business development, and operational efficiencies of the company. Matthew acquired Micro Medics in January of 2002, at which time the company employed approximately 23 employees. Today, Matthew has grown the company to approximately 60 employees and increased annual revenues by 333%.
Matthew has over 15 years IT professional experience with extensive knowledge in
the servicing of claims, asset recovery, and reverse logistics for Third Party Administrators
(TPAs) and insurance underwriters for computer related products.
Prior to acquiring Micro Medics, Matthew co-founded The Magellan Group, an IT consulting firm
specializing in customer relationship management integration and implementation.
Before joining The Magellan Group, Matthew spent over a decade working in both entrepreneurial
and corporate environments. He served as director of corporate development for dot-com
startups Calypso.com and Xolia.com. He also held business development positions
at Decision Consultants, Inc. and TM Floyd.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from St. Marys University
in Winona, Minnesota. He also sits on the St. Marys University Alumni Association
Board of Directors.
Away from work, Matthews hobbies include hockey, golf and fishing.
Andrew Renn
Vice President of Operations
Andrew Renn is Vice President of Operations at Micro Medics Inc., where he is responsible for the daily operations of the company. As an officer of the company, Andrew is a key contributor to the operation, strategy and long term business goals of Micro Medics.
Specializing in technology architecture and business continuity throughout the course of his career, Andrew has played an integral role in the design, implementation and integration of high availability telecommunications systems, real-time transaction systems, and datacenter management.
Andrew brings over 14 years of business and technology leadership, process improvement, and quality control to Micro Medics. Prior to joining Micro Medics, he gained experience in a broad range of industries including leadership positions at Leap Wireless, Koch Industries, and Boeing. Andrew also served as Vice President of IT for VoiceCue Technologies.
Outside the Micro Medics family, Andrew enjoys cooking, golf, backpacking, and aviation.
